I cannot access AIG Insurance, as I cannot get the password calling by tel* ! I am wondering, is the login tel* is correct or not ? As before operation is OK, just after FEB-23, we cannot get the phone call password Calling back until today. Thanks for your yr prompt help to Solve it ! Thanks !

Or is this possible that can change the setting of Tel # ? Can it change to other number, e.g. mobile# instead ?? Thanks for checking..

I would think you've an option to recover your password via email? Often login pages have somewhat hidden/small "Forgot your password" etc. link which should help.

Or can I have the phone# range that will call back with password ?? Maybe our local IT team can contact the service provider, delete out the blockage of the phone# ? Maybe service provider treat it as annoy phone.
