I seem to be in a dilemma here. I have gotten a new company phone with the old one being reset to factory settings. When I went ti "edit"in the web application to change the phone I am sending these push notifications to, it sent a push notification to that old phone to move on. I can not get past this to create a new QR code.

I am also facing the same issue. My phone is broken. Please help.

In essence, for security reasons you'll need to use an alternative option to sign into your Okta account and enroll the new device. If you do not have an alternative option, please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can help you enroll a new device and provide further assistance.
While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.
