We have a problem, when user gets the email to reset the okta password, the language is unknown (not using English) for title and email body.
But this only happens in the Prod environment, I failed to reproduce it on dev or staging.
for the email title something like this :
(OUR BRAND'S NAME) - Nullstilling af Okta-adgangskode af administrator
Can anyone help me?
for the language setting in okta it still defaults to english.

have you check the reset password setting in customizations->emails. what is it like?
