Our company has recently gone through a rebranding, so we've updated our logo and colors to match, setting them in many applications and platforms across the organization. We set some specific ones in the Brands section of Customizations in the Admin Console, and they seem to show correctly in the examples on the screen, but actual user experience shows a different color. Specifically, the Primary Color in Theme shows different than what is set.

You will need to rule out any bowser cache issue, maybe try an incognito window or a different browser to confirm, but beyond that you will need to open a case to work with the our colleagues from the Okta Support team to review the configuration in case there's a bug with the branding feature. I haven't seen any similar report yet but they'll be able to set up a meeting with you to share the screen and go over specifics.
