Hello Okta,
I spent some time wondering why my Okta verify Iphone push notifications were failing unless my laptop & phone were both connected to a wifi network. Went through the support pages, deleted vpns, checked for tcp blocking etc etc.
In the end it turns out I had mobile data disabled for the app from my recent holiday. Could we warn the user mobile data is disabled and the app might not function properly like most apps do?

Hi! I do not believe there is a way to customize this message, but I would encourage you to submit this as a feature request on Okta Ideas. This definitely has utility and we would all be able to vote and follow the request.
Okta Documentation for end users is a great resource to better guide folks through troubleshooting steps in the event that they run into a similar issue.
You could also always send out a notification to users as a friendly reminder via the dashboard as well:
