    We use Okta (sync with on prem AD) with DUO for MFA. So this isn't an Okta thing, it's a DUO thing. DUO has an option to MFA Windows computers (can be set for local login, remote login, or both). If you already leverage DUO for Okta MFA then this may be the solution. If not, then someone else will need to answer 🙂

    By default, Okta does not have anything to support Windows login MFA. Currently we only have RDP that can be placed under MFA, for this please see this:

    There seems to be something that can be achieved, however this is not an Okta product but maybe worth looking into, please see this here:
