    Hi Keosha Kane ,

    If you have any other MFA factor enabled . You can directly reset your okta verify from the dashboard otherwise you have to reach out to your admin.

    Steps to reset :

    1. From enduser dashboard > Settings > Edit Profile
    2. From the Security Methods > click on the Remove button next to Phone
    3. Then you can reconfigure the okta verify on your new mobile.
