ta1nr (ta1nr) asked a question.

Got a new phone but can't get Okta to authenticate.

Recently purchased a new phone. I have Okta on my old one which I had to send back. How do I transfer my account to my new phone? Please help!

you will need to set it up as a new MFA option in Okta, if you can not get logged in to Okta you will need to have an admin remove the old phone and try to log in with another factor. If the app transferred to your new phone (restoring from a backup) go to the Okta Verify settings and toggle off Clear Account History
