Hi Team,
From 2nd jan,2023 while I am trying to complete security method : Okta verify from portal https://clientname.okta.com/enduser/settings of my user account . while trying to scan QR code generated from above portal in my mobile Redmi note 3 (Android 6.0.1 version) using installed "okta verify" app version 5.8.1 in y mobile device , App is showing message : "Failing to Enroll in push authentication" . In okta verify app , my scanned QR related account unable to add , it is not showing OTP(one time passcode) screen due to this. what is reason for this
Even tried , SMS URL to mobile option too , but failing with same message .
In my first mobile of same brand i able to setup this successfully in October ,2022 . Playstore not detecting okta verify 7.1 version even to install upper version as well.
How does my issue can be resolved?
Need help on this issue to find root cause and fix?

The reason for this issue is that starting with version 6.0.1 Android 6 is no longer supported, thus the reason why you are seeing that version. For a good functionality we recommend a phone with android 9 or higher.
