dd8kg (dd8kg) asked a question.
Hello. We are using OKTA as a source of users for a print management application called Papercut. Currently, OKTA is set with "Security Question" as a second auth factor. Could you please advise if is there an option to log in on the print app with this setting like this?
As a reference, When the MFA app is set we can type the end user's current password followed by "," (comma) and the current 6-digit code is fine.
Not sure the same format will follow with "Security Question"
Thank you very much

Hi @dd8kg (dd8kg),
Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have done some research regarding the Okta - Papercut integration and because the implementation is done by using the LDAP Interface functionality, the security question cannot be used as an MFA factor.
In case you would like to see such functionality, the best route to pursue would be via a feature request. The best way to file a feature request would be from the community site.
Once feature requests are submitted they are visible to other Okta admins, who can vote on them to provide more visibility. Using this method will allow you to maintain visibility on your feature requests throughout the process.
