    Hi Sachin Sapre ,

You can follow the below steps to setup the okta verify:

Sign-in into your organisation login page. Based on your organization’s configuration, one of these windows opens: Set up multifactor authentication or Set up security methods.

    1. Click Set up.
    2. Select Android as your device type and click Next.
    3. On your device, download Okta Verify from the Google Play Store – Okta Verify and install it.
    4. Open Okta Verify and follow the instructions.
    5. Tap Add Account.
    6. Choose the type of account to add. Tap Organization.
    • Organization: Add a multifactor authentication (MFA) account for your work, school, or business that uses Okta as an authentication provider.
      • Other: Use Okta Verify to generate one time passwords for your personal account such as a bank or brokerage account.

    7.Choose your account setup method.

    • Ensure the code is shown on another device such as a laptop or desktop. Tap Yes, ready to scan, and point your camera at the QR code displayed in the browser on another device.

8.If you install Okta Verify on Android 13, ensure that you allow Okta Verify to show notifications. Tap Got it if this page appears. Then, tap Allow.

9.If prompted, enable biometrics. Tap Enable. A message confirms that your account was added.

10.Tap Done to complete the account enrollment.

  • Hi @xznyo (xznyo) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.

Please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can guide you through the setup process and provide further assistance.

    Regards.
