8euml (8euml) asked a question.
I'm running into an issue using Windows Autopilot with Okta - once the Autopilot onboarding is complete, I am challenged for authentication by the typical Windows logon prompt.
I've been trying to follow the steps within the following documentation to create the Windows Autopilot sign-on policy:
I get to the following step and do not see any drop-down select or any option(s) for Windows Autopilot:
For the Client condition, select One of the following clients from the dropdown and then select Windows Autopilot in the field below the dropdown.
I've already gone through the process of setting up the Office 365 application and authentication via WS-Fed - I had Okta automatically configure the domain.
I've confirmed that MFA is enabled on the domain by running:
Get-MsolDomainFederationSettings -DomainName <yourDomainName>
The response does show MFA is enabled.
Is there something else that needs to be set up in my Okta tenant before the Windows Autopilot option is available for me to select?
Thank you for your assistance!

Hi @8euml (8euml),
Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I've done some research and it seems that in order to be able to select the Windows Autopilot option, a functionality needs to be enable upon your Okta tenant, therefore I would suggest to reach out to your Account Executive and see if the feature in cause is enabled for your organisation.
Additionally, I have noticed that the question is tagged for Okta Classic Engine and while researching I have stumbled upon the below community question where it is mentioned that Windows Autopilot is not supported for Classic Engine and only for OIE tenants:

Hi @flaviu.vrinceanu1.5628408972654734E12 (Customer Success Service Delivery) and thanks for your message. I am running OIE, so I should be fine there. I am with a technology partner, so I don't have an account executive. I need to figure out who to reach out to since my previous contact is no longer with Okta. I'll figure it out! 🙂
I appreciate your insight!
