We have had MFA deployed for a few months now. Recently a user could not launch any hosted apps on Remote Desktop Services farm. The user would get as far as confirming her identity via the Okta Verify app, the dialog window on the terminal server would minimize upon her verifying but it eventually would time out. The issue could be duplicated on different computers and laptops.

The issue isn't company-wide as it only has happened to three users, so far. It's the so-far part I'm anxious about. I have submitted a ticket but was hoping someone else has experienced this and could get a fix.
