Okta Radius Agent - Windows server 2019

Hi,

 

Please would it be possible to look in to why we are still not able to authenticate via the Cisco AnyConnect application even though we have the Radius Agent installed. Please could you advise on if there might be a settings mismatch or would you be able to help us troubleshoot this?
