The Remote Desktop connection to Server 2019(only) prompts username and password twice after enrolling them to Okta RDP MFA. Does anyone face this issue? Please advise.
Adding one more info, this issue happens when the user has disconnected session on the server and trying to reconnect back is where we see this behavior. We do not use any 3rd Party MFA provider here.
Any feedback come of this? I am experiencing the same scenario. When connecting to initial session the MFA works fine. if i disconnect, and then reconnect back to the session the Login kicks me straight out and i need to do again (sometimes twice before it allows me in) - otherwise i need to actually sign out and reconnect again.

I switch the RDS server to 2016 and this resolved the disconnect reconnect issue.
