We had implemented Okta Signup for our Django web application but getting 400 errors on the Okta signup page

I would recommend checking the system logs for any additional details pertaining to the error. Otherwise, it might be a misconfigured URL.
My advice would be to reach out to the devforum.okta.com to take advantage of their expertise.
