Hello.
I need to have a flow of okta login in different languages, based on every user individually. If I change the "Locale" field in user Profile, only the email is in another language. What needs to be done to also change the language of the UI at the welcoming page, where users input their passwords and security questions?

At this time we do not have a way to use the locale attribute to have the UI welcome page to be displayed in a different language. However you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
