    Yes, you use the trigger card "Okta - User Okta Profile Updated" card and it contains an output field called "Changed Attributes" that you can evaluate to see if the user profile attribute you are interested in has changed.

      To add to this you can also do it as a series within one flow. So for example lets say you have 3 attributes you want to monitor you don't need three flows it could all be in one flow. You could leverage a compare card for each attribute you are concerned about. You can then have an If/Else for each evaluation type to perform the processing if the compare = true.
