Error when running Workday to Okta Import

Hi,

 

When I run the import integration from Okta, I get the error in the image below. It looks to be security related, but the security needed from Workday is not too clear. I've given the user account access to pull provisioning groups.

    Good Evening! Couple suggestions to start off:

     

    Please navigate to Applications > Workday (Or Profile Sources > Workday) then go to the Provisioning tab and navigate to the "Integration" window.

     

    From here, lets make sure that "Import Groups" is checked and that will make sure that you can import groups in from Workday. Second, lets "Test API Credentials" and this will help to give you either a good/bad result and potentially provide more info.

     

    You could also navigate to Reports > Import Monitoring > and then look under "Failed" and see if that gives you more info. Also suggest looking into the logs for Workday application to see if there is a more detailed error message to assist with.

     

    Then finally of course, you may need to verify that the service account or admin account in workday is configured properly as well.
