g3ab2 (g3ab2) asked a question.

I'm on Android but OKTA thinks I'm on Linux.

Just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and tried to login on Slack but the access was denied. Our admin found that the log shows that I am using Linux, which was why the access was denied. My workspace limits access from Linux OS, which I did not need to know until now.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to solve the problem? My coworkers use the same tablet but they have no problem using OKTA authenticator and its apps including Slack, and their log shows they're using Android 1.x. I bought the tablet to better my productivity and I can't because of this.
