reset okta verify new phone setting up okta verify with new phone and computer

Iam unable to log in the okta verify app through my mobile and it's got broken and that too the okta verify app got uninstalled when iam trying to log in my new mobile iam unable to log in that Could you please help me on this..

 

Could you please unpair my old mobile id i need to add my new mobile phone

    This sounds like something you will have to have an administrator of your Org/tenant do for you or if you have another MFA factor like SMS configured you should be able login to your tenant dashboard and go to settings and reset factors yourself. If you are the administrator of your tenant and you do not have additional MFA factors like SMS set up you'll need to contact Okta support.
