OKTA Verify Switch Phone Option

I have a question, I would like to know for the OKTA Verify app on the cell phones. Will there be an option when someone gets a new phone and they still have the old phone active. Will there be a option or button in settings to be able to change phones easily instead of having the customer call the IT support to re-setup the app to the new phone?

    Hi _Traci Thomas ,

    Till now there is no option or button in settings to be able to change okta verify in phone to another phone . The only way is to reset the factor . You can do it from the enduser dashboard itself .

    1. From a browser, sign in to your organization's Okta End-User Dashboard. If you can't sign in, contact your company’s help desk.
    2. Click the arrow next to your name and go to Settings.
    3. If the Edit Profile button appears, click it and enter your password if prompted.
    4. Get a new QR code. Scroll down to Extra Verification .
    5. Click on Remove next to the okta verify option .
    6. After the removal process , you can click on Setup and then enroll your new device.
