z6pnc (z6pnc) asked a question.
I cannot add my MFA account to the Okta App on my Pixel 7 Pro.
Yes, date/time are correctly synced. Yes, there is stable network.
Tried both on WiFi, and via cell service.
When either QR code or URL is scanned/opened, it just throws a "failed to enroll push authentication" error, and the account isn't enrolled.

Hi Jonathan Deitch ,
Usually this error happens when the device time is not set correct or there is a network drop . But in your case both are working . You can just try to reboot your device and still not working you can raise a ticket with the support team .
It's not an issue with time or network as noted in my opening comments.
I have a ticket open with support currently. Unfortunately, not even the brand new 7.9.2 release appears to fix things.

I did see that article, but unfortunately it didn't apply in my situation.
Enginering is looking into things, it appears to be isolated to the new Pixel 7.
