Why doesn't my security key work with Intelligent Hub when my MDM uses Okta for login?
Is this a known issue?
On the same device I was able to setup Okta Verify using Security key.
[Please note that I tested this flow with both Pixel (Android) & iphone 16 pro (ios) and the security key didn't work. The key is also enrolled and setup for my Okta account.]

I've brought your question to the attention of your engineers. Unfortunately, this issue seems too complex to be addressed here. I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting.
