I have create App "ëveryoneprint" with saml.
the App point to https://mafil.eu.ricoh-pmc.com:8443
I create 3 users.
Trying to log the web site https://mafil.eu.ricoh-pmc.com:8443 is fail to all users,

My recommendation would be to try and capture a SAML trace in order to identify the root cause of the issue because within that trace, there might be additional info that could point towards a resolution. I have provided below a documentation that shows how to capture a SAML trace:
Additionally, if this is a new implementation, I would also advise to re-visit the configuration to check if everything was configured as per your organisation needs.
