    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    My recommendation would be to try and capture a SAML trace in order to identify the root cause of the issue because within that trace, there might be additional info that could point towards a resolution. I have provided below a documentation that shows how to capture a SAML trace:

     

    Additionally, if this is a new implementation, I would also advise to re-visit the configuration to check if everything was configured as per your organisation needs.
