Unable to log in to my account as an admin for the first time as it seems to be tied to an old account with the same e-mail address.

I have 50 licenses through Okta for Good and when I went to log in the first time through our custom domain name I was prompted for a username and password which I didn't have as it was the first time I had used this account. It appears that our new account was tied to a test account I created some time in the past that used my e-mail address. No idea why it was linked, same e-mail but completely different account. When I try to reset my password I'm able to reset it, but then I'm prompted for 2FA on a phone I haven't had in a number of months.

 

I tried calling our Sales rep and she told me to call support. I called support and they say there is nothing they can do, and that I should call our sales rep.

 

So I have an organization and 50 users but cannot access them as no one seems to be able to direct me to the appropriate group that can reset the account. Just to post this I had to use an account made for dev/testing.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
