    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    There could be multiple reasons that could cause this error to appear, therefore I would recommend to reach out to another Okta administrator from your organisation to investigate the system logs and see exactly what is causing this behaviour in case you do not have access to your Okta tenant.

     

    Additionally, if the issue started to occur after enabling MFA, I would suggest to check the Sign On policies along with the MFA enrollment policies to make sure that they are properly configured for your account. Also, you could try to capture a HAR file while reproducing the behaviour since you might find additional information that would indicate the root cause of the issue.
