transferring Okta Verify accounts settings to new iPhone

Same question as this thread but it's now closed, so starting a new one. https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D54z00007GTmw0CAD/transferring-to-new-iphone?language=en_US , I'm migrating all my settings to a new phone, including Okta Verify. I already revoked/removed Extra Verification for my work account, but I use Okta Verify MFA for 6 or 7 other accounts/applications. Do I need to remove the old phone/create a new account for the new iPhone for each one of these accounts? There's no way to copy the settings/accounts over from the old iPhone?

    Hi James Alumbaugh ,

    You have to repeat the same process for all the other accounts linked with the old phone , inorder to transfer it into the new device. ie, first remove the existing Okta Verify enrollment tied to your original device. Then, enroll your new device in Okta Verify .
