I am following this link. But I do not see the Security Question option. which support should I talk to?

Thank you for contacting Okta Technical Support, my name is George and I will assist you this matter.
If you don't see the option to enable or disable the " Security question " that should be in the Admin Dashboard under Security -> Authentication where you will need to choose for what Password policy you wish to disable the security question option. Please check if on your org you have the following feature active that disable the " Security question option.
