Hi, I want to Disable the security question. I found document as link "https://help.okta.com/en-us/Content/Topics/users-groups-profiles/usgp-disable-security.htm" but in my account I can't found the Security question check box as the picture below.
Please help me to disable it.

To disable a security question in classic engine :
From the admin console > Security > Multifactor > Factor Enrollment > Select the policy >In the Eligible factor section make Disable for Security question .

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
Since the option to disable the security question is not showing up, the best route to pursue would be to reach out to your Account Executive in order to check if this functionality is enabled for your org, and if not, to have it enabled for you to be able to disable the security question.
