hello, We have issues with accessing carrier webpage . We have many agents using tool and there is issue when we need to log in to webpage . before Okta plugin pop up . data is already filled . But there is always old data . If agent try to sign in will say it is wrong . As you can imagen many attempts will lead to blocking account . And this keep repeating . Is there any way how we can set plugin with correct information on certain account to login with lattes data or not to fill any data before plugin "launcher" show to offer us to log in trough okta. Please could you advice so we can present issue to our IT department . Thank you

I have done some research and I have managed to find the bellow documentation about the Okta Browser Plugin:
Along with the information provided by you, it seems that you might have an Okta-enabled SWA application configured for this sign in page that you are trying to access because this way the Okta Browser plugin will automatically insert your credentials.
I would recommend to verify if you have a SWA application and if yes, I would make sure that the user credentials are updated for the Okta app in order for the Plugin to insert the correct credentials when landing on the Sign In page.
