dg95d (dg95d) asked a question.
I just upgraded to a new M3 Pro MB Pro and I am now missing the Admin button in the Okta Browser Plugin in Google Chrome. I am on Sequoia and on the latest Google Chrome browser. The previous machine I used to work on is also on the same version of OS and Chrome browser. The only difference between both laptops is my new one is on an Apple Silicon Chip and my previous one was on Intel. Also the version of the plugin is also the same.
Has the admin button since been removed from the plugin or is there another way to enable it?

Hello @dg95d (dg95d) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
Before anything else, ensure you are logged in with an admin account.
You can try to click the Settings button in the Okta browser plug-in.
I don't think the issue should have anything to do with your laptop using a silicon chip. I am using a silicon chip Mac, and you can see in the screenshot that the admin button is present. I'm suspecting a cache issue.
A second option is to re-assign your account's admin permissions. For this, you will need a Super Admin account (if the one affected is a Super Admin account, you will need a second one).
Here is the main article for the plugin:
Okta Browser Plugin
It includes links to some additional articles about the configuration and some additional resources.
Regards.
