Hello, I just recently got a new phone and did not realize I needed to transfer over my account to my new phone from my old phone. Now when I try to access my school email and school canvas account it asks me to verify with a code or button but I have no access to my Okta Verify account. I don't know what to do.

You can reset the Okta Verify for your account if you are the admin and activated some additional factors (SMS, Voice call, etc.); otherwise, you must contact the system admin to reset the MFA so that you can enrol your new device.
