Dev account password issue

Hi

 

We had setup a trial account without realising you could use a developer account.

So I used my email address for the trial account and that account expired after a while.

After finding and setting up a free developer account I have run into a problem where I have to reset the password every single time I try and login.

It has now reached the stage where I am not even getting the reset emails.

 

Not sure its related to the expired trial account but something is very wrong somewhere.

 

Could you perhaps take a look.

    I would suggest creating a new Developer account using a different email address. If you want to have control over the new Developer account through the email address that you used when you created the Trial and Developer accounts, after you create the new Developer account, you can do that by creating a new user using that email address and granting it Super Administrator privileges. If you need further assistance regarding the existing Developer case, feel free to reach us by creating a case and we'll be happy to take a look.
