SMS Authentication Not Sending Texts to My Phone

When I first signed up, I was able to receive texts to my phone with a code to login. After that initial login, I am unable to sign in or even change the method in which I use this security feature.


  • Are you clicking the Send code button after successful auth?

     

    If you are and you are not receiving it you should contact your Okta admin to check logs and potentially reset your MFA factor.
