Frequent SMS Authentication delayed Sending Texts to My Phone in China
In the morning of 18th September, many China users reported to IT team that they cannot receive SMS code for OKTA verification from 9am when they start work, the strange thing is that SMS code were sent to users at around 10:40AM.
I randomly heard 1 or 2 users delayed receiving SMS code before, but it’s impact almost all China users in one time today.
