Currently, our Okta set up allows for users to log in via SMS. We were informed that SMS logins handled by Okta will be discontinued for us in April so we've been looking at alternate providers to continue providing SMS logins for users. We decided to use Twilio as our telephony provider. I created the inline hook to Twilio and have it set up in Okta now. However currently whenever a user logs in with SMS, they are sent two SMS messages with the same login code. One of the messages is from Twilio, the other is presumably from Okta. We thought that by adding a telephony provider then only that service would be used. I'm not seeing a way to disable the Okta SMS messages. How can we make sure only the Twilio SMS messages are sent to the user?
Slightly unrelated, but in case it helps: if I remove my phone number from the Security Methods section of my Okta profile, then I can't log in using SMS at all despite the Twilio inline hook connection. The option just isn't there anymore. If I add the phone number back in, then the SMS login option returns.

Hello @OmarI.26655 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
The reason for the 2 separate SMS would be because you have 2 Telephony setup for your Okta organisation, one that you setup and the other from Okta (until it will be discontinued). In this case I would recommend to open a case with Support to disable the one from Okta.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
