We're trying to automate more between Okta and Salesforce. We already have Okta and Salesforce integrated with provisioning and deprovisioning set up. I'm working on mapping additional attributes between Okta and Salesforce so that there is minimal manual setup in the Salesforce User Profile. For example, I'm trying to map a field called Current Title from Okta to Salesforce. In Salesforce, that field is a picklist, but it shows up as a string attribute in Okta and we can't select the picklist field. We can also write in the title but it will never map/select the correct title in Salesforce. It just appears as blank in Salesforce. The attribute is a custom attribute, however, I selected it from the Add Attributes, Pick Schema Attributes and did not create a custom one from scratch. We want to be able to use these attributes that create a drop down menu/picklist in Okta and then have it map to the picklist in Salesforce (we have similar attributes like Current Title we want to be able to do this with). Bottom line, how can a picklist from Salesforce be connected/integrated/linked to Okta? Much like the profile and role attributes are?
