I had mapped the attributes from workday to Okta, and while mapping, the values are appearing correctly; once I finish the mapping, the values are not showing up on the user profile. I checked every config behind this and everything seems to be okay.
Would ya'll know what else I can check or maybe doing wrong?

I strongly recommend testing this in a preview environment to avoid unwanted profile overrides in production.
Based on the fact that you mentioned that the values appear correctly, it means that Okta pulls the app user profile data, so if you are tying to manage the Okta user profile via Workday, I would confirm that Workday is marked as a Profile Source, and if it is, make sure the Priority for it is appropriate as well in case you have others like AD.
