We have SharePoint 2019 Farm with OKTA as Authentication Provider, everything was working fine but after recent change in the Sign in URL as per the OKTA Guidelines, we are able to Sign in to the sites but when we open a list in Excel and there we get error during sign in. JAVA Error with a blank OKTA screen without sigh in is displayed.

Since the configuration worked before this change occurred, I would recommend to review the setup and make sure that the integration is configured properly as per your organisation needs.
Additionally, I would try to capture a trace while reproducing the error to see where the flow stops and what would be the root cause of the issue since additional information might be captured there.
