Outlook credentials not pulling Okta SSO

When the Outlook client prompts for credentials after a network disconnect for example, what would cause the prompt to look like this vs the Okta sign in page? Is this the expected behavior? (mailboxes are in M365).

    This is Basic Authentication that you are logging in and this type of login bypasses the Okta authentication. Because of this, we recommend to disable Basic Authentication and just use Modern Authentication which is more secure.

    This would be normal behaviour if you have Basic authentication still active for your MS tenant.
