Is the User ID always 20 characters?
Hello,
I have been researching for an answer to this question and have not been able to find anything official from an Okta representative. Is the unique user ID always 20 characters in length? This question seems to be the only reference to the question but I cannot tell if the response came from someone who is an official Okta representative: https://devforum.okta.com/t/is-user-id-unique-and-always-20-character-length/2487
Any clarity would be appreciated. We have the same issue of trying to configure a DB column for this value.
