    Thanks for engaging with the Community! If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds as if the Android App, Okta Verify, is not working in the way that you are expecting. If the plus sign is not working, then you will be unable to add another account. Without more information, it is difficult to ascertain exactly why that is happening. I recommend that you engage with a Support Engineer directly by opening a case through the "Get Support" widget (lower right of this screen) and then select "Open a Case".
