I've provided admin permissions to our outsourced IT and they are not able to sign in. I've reset their passwords a few times, they've tried incognito windows, different browsers, and a different laptop. Today, I've sent out another reset password link. Logs show multiple denys. What can we do here?

The best course of action here is to understand why the Admin is being denied access. Please make sure that he has MFA for him to be able to access the Admin Dashboard, also take a look within the logs and see what policy is denying access and exclude him from the rule to provide access.
