    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    I would recommend to firstly check if there are any app sign on policies (in Okta) configured for this application, that might restrict access for Android devices. Also, I would check the system logs to see if there are any errors related to the last unsuccessful authentication.

     

    Additionally, I would try to capture a Fidler trace when replicating the behaviour to see if any errors are being reported, in case nothing is being shown in the system logs. I have provided a documentation bellow on how to capture a Fidler trace:
