Logged into Admin account. When trying to install the web app from Settings > Downloads, there is no option to install the SSO IWA agent. I am unsure of any additional information required, and don't see anyone experiencing this same issue.

Hi @JacobO.51152 (Customer), thanks for reaching out! The IWA agent is not available in Okta OIE orgs. Okta is no longer adding new IWA functionality and offers only limited support and bug fixes for IWA. Customers are encouraged to utilize agentless Desktop Single Sign-on (ADSSO) instead. Bogdan here from Okta Support.
The reason why the IWA agent is not available for download is that a feature/SKU is missing from his environment and that a support case should be opened in order to troubleshoot the issue.
Also, another reason would be that your tenant is OIE enabled thus not having the ability to download the agent.
But in any of the above, I would highly recommend opening a ticket with Support so we can have a deep dive into why this is occurring.
