Does anyone use Okta IWA Web agent to authenticate users to Okta from Citrix environment?

I'm sorry should of been more specific in my question. I need to know if Okta IWA Web agent can be used in multi-user environment like RDP. The article you've provided covers different use case where the users are singing into Citrix via Okta with SSO. My use case is users authentication from Citrix into Okta. Thanks,

Unfortunately RPD and IWA are 2 different service that work entirely different, and unfortunately I do not think this would be something possible.
Would this be something similar to Okta being the SP and Citrix the IDP, as for this case you might be interested in the below configuration as a workaround:
