AD move and new agent install. Agents were removed on admin console and now Admin Console missing from Okta Console

AD move and new agent install. Agents were removed on admin console and now Admin Console missing from Okta Console. Login to Okta is not possible with SSO and email account login does not have admin console access. Stuck with out the ability to make changes or add agents as admin console is now not accessible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
