Hey Guys,
I have a User that has been assigned a number of Apps in OKTA and function perfectly well.
However, we have two apps that are throwing up errors.
"An error occurred while provisioning Box
Automatic provisioning of user Samantha Leung to app Box failed: Could not verify that the user exists. The credentials used to connect to the API were invalid; please check your configuration Please fix this on the Tasks Page"
- I have checked the users AD Permissions and ensured they have the App assigned.
- I have tried to re-provision the App in OKTA,
- I have removed the App from AD and re-provisioned it , however, this doesnt resolve the issue.
Would anyone have any other suggestions?

Hi @User15893738308356847676 (Customer) , Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Okta Community!
Sounds like there might be a problem with the account/password used to establish the Provisioning (API) connection to Box.
Go to Okta Admin Dashboard→ Applications→ Box→ Provisioning→ Integration and make sure the user/credentials used there are still valid. Maybe re-authenticate with a (BOX) admin account, then save the settings.
Once that is done, go to the Okta Admin Dashboard→ Tasks→ Filter the task for the affected user→ Retry task.
That should sort things out!
